I love this place. This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant. There are a few tables inside, but not really a dine-in type of place. My boyfriend and I always go here when we are in the mood for Chinese food. In my opinion the food is much better here than at Chi-Tung down the street. We usually get the lunch special which comes with rice, a side dish, an egg roll and a can of pop. Definitely get your money's worth of food! the box is usually completely packed with food and it is so fresh and flavorful! We usually get the Hunan Chicken - I definitely recommend it, it's delicious! The owners are also very nice and friendly. It's usually the same man and woman there behind the counter when I go.

This place has the best orange chicken I've ever had. There's no point of going to Chi-Tung with this right around the corner. The service is fast as well. They have great orange chicken, potstickers with vinegar sauce, and pad-see-eiw. Most generic chinese joints like this are average at best, but this place has been doing something right for the past 10 years.

Great take out. I order the shrimp fried rice"jumbo shrimp." Very tasty. Shrimp egg foo young. Bbq pork appetizer. The Shan Shrimp & Scallop Very tasty in spicy & vinegar sauce. Great for Lenten season... Singapore Noodle extra spicy. Is a fine rice noodle stir fried w/shrimp & pork w/touch of curry for seasoning. They also have daily specials. The have the same family cooks so your meal is always consistent. I eat Chinese all over the place in Chicago Metro area, This is a great value & I prefer it compared to the large joint down the block. I don't get the fuss w/big place.

If your looking for a good homemade classic made Chinese food I would highly suggest trying. It's family owned and operated. Fried rice is always good and they have really cheap lunch and dinner specials usually cost about 6.50 dinner 7.50 and you get a pop fried rice your entree and egg roll all for just that price it's a steal. It's just a really nice place that is very quick with making the food fresh to order I would suggest this place to anyone if you wanted a fast alternative to other places.

Yummy food, great price, fast delivery. My fiancé and I ordered the family dinner for three. Phone to delivery on a Monday night took 25 minutes. The portions were large. We made four meals out of it for two people. If you order the family dinner, just note that the appetizers and two of the meals are fried.

Unprofessional!! My family have been ordering from this place forever until last night. We always order lots of food but last night they only gave us three of the sweet sause and we were told that's it, only for certain foods. All the freakin food we had!! I ask the lady what am i suppose to put on my egg rolls. She was arguing with us like a ghetto person off the street. We live in a house with multiple families what the hell we gone do with three. Rude unappreciative ass. That's how you treat people that have been ordering from you all the time!!!???? Bye!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
